Recept: linzen-prei bijgerecht

Prei

Ingrediënten

(bijgerecht voor 4 personen of voor 2 personen als hoofdgerecht)
- 100 gram dupuislinzen
- bouillonpoeder of -blokje
- water
- olijfolie
- 2 preien
- flinke lepel tomatenpuree
- paprikapoeder
- zout en peper naar smaak

Bereiding

Kook de linzen volgens aanwijzingen in water met bouillon tot ze gaar zijn. Laat ze uitlekken.

Snij de prei in ringen en was ze goed.

In een bakpan de olie doen en de prei al snel toevoegen. Het geeft niet als deze nog vochtig is van het spoelen. Vuur laag laten en de prei op deze manier ruim de tijd geven gaar te worden. Af en toe omscheppen.
Als de prei mooi zacht is geworden de linzen en andere ingrediënten er bij doen.

Alles goed warm laten worden terwijl je af en toe alles omschept. Als het te roog lijkt te worden beetje water toevoegen.
