Ingrediënten

winterpostelein
winterwortel
venkel
prei
pijnboompitjes

olijfolie
mosterd
yofu (sojayoghurt)
knoflook
zout

Bereiding

De pijnboompitjes roosteren in een koekepan.

De winterpostelein goed wassen en uit laten lekken. De wortel raspen en de venkel in kleine stukjes snijden. De prei in hele smalle ringetjes snijden en wassen. Dit alles plus de pijnboompitjes door elkaar husselen.

Een dressing maken van yofu, olie, mosterd, knoflook en zout.
Mengen met de rauwkost.
